Student Visa Process

1.1st consultation with the student counsellor and registration

You can discuss and ask questions on your preferences and alternative study options that suits to your previous academic back ground , career goals and work and migration prospects.

We issue you the 1st information letter for your proposed studies.

After careful examination of all your circumstances and with your agreement , we prepare an information letter for you. This letter contains your registration no, country, institution and the college you selected , course fee (PA), down payment , English and financial requirements and primary documents we need to begin the process.

2.Client service agreement

Once you agree to retain our service, we will sign an agreement with you. This agreement will detail the rights and obligations of both parties.

We will issue you the document check list for visa application.

3. Application to the college

Once we receive the certified copies of your documents requested in the 1st information letter, we will send your application to the college or the university to process.

4.Offer letter

If the institution is satisfied that you meet the requirements for the course you applied for, you will be issued an UNCONDITIONAL offer letter.

If you do not meet one or some requirements you will issued A CONDITIONAL offer. You may need to fulfil the requirements during the student visa process.

5.Visa application

We lodge your application with the relevant high commission or consulate to obtain the visa.

6.Visa approved in Principle

If the visa officer is satisfied that you meet the visa requirements, your visa application will be approved in principle. You will be asked to pay the 1st instalment of your fees to the college. For some countries you may have to pay the fees prior to visa application.

7. Acceptance of offer and payment of fees

You accept the offer subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and you pay the 1st instalment of your course fee.

8. Final visa approval

Once you provide the evidence of course fee payment and enrolment at the institution you will be granted the student visa or student permit.

9. Your arrival to the destination

We will assist you with your air ticket booking and we can arrange airport pickup and accommodation at your destination upon request.
